    Engaged in full-stack software development for Oregon State University and third parties. Leading a team of 5 people guided by the Scrum development methodology. During my time with CASS, I redeveloped a Transportation Operations Center System for the Oregon Department of Transportation. Remodeled TOCS home screen using ASP.NET Core with Vue.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, SignalR, and XAML. Rebuilt the main incident management dashboard using a Vuex state management pattern. Used .NET Core and the .NET framework for back-end development of state road event data life-cycle. Implemented event search microservice using ActiveMQ message broker, REST API, and SQL Stored Procedures. Leveraged UI modernization by embedding a Vue.js web application in WinForms using WebView2.
