My responsibilities are to ensure that all buyer information is submitted into the Encompass system accurately and submitting the file to the Processing Department in a timely manner, so that the Loan Processor can retrieve the files in queue, there they are able to retrieve request and receive loan approval conditions. Prepare request for ordering appraisals, Title, HOI, Verification of Employment and or other documents as per loan program. Order FHA/VA case numbers and CAIVRS among other necessary documents. Complete all new loan setups with 24 hours or less of receipt of completed application. Knowledge of Encompass & Virpack system. Obtain updated documents as requested by processing. Detailed Oriented, ability to multitask, manage and meet tight deadlines under pressure & time restraints. Adhere specifically to all corporate policies and procedures. Also adheres to all Federal and State regulations and laws. Assist Loan Officers with verbal translation with Hispanic clients. Advanced knowledge of MS Word / Excel / Outlook / PowerPoint and Teams Proven presentation and facilitation skills Ability to effectively communicate throughout all levels of management and Consumer Direct / First Bank Mortgage employees.
