    Hired to be part of Project Team for the development of the new 8x8 armored-wheeled military vehicle for Malaysian Army in Open Information and Communication System. The aim of the project is to design and produce locally 257 units of vehicle from 12 different variants for the Armor and Infantry Regiments of Malaysian Army. Actively involved System Engineering cycle in the design, development, integration, testing and qualification of the system.- Recipient of Transfer of Technology during On-Job-Training in Thales Communication and Security in Paris, France for 13 months.- Performed the whole system engineering processes for the development of the Battle Management System and the Communication systems from design, development up until the production phase, warranty period and after sales support.- Key person between the customer, the Malaysian Army and Thales as the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) for the electronic and communication system.- Managed 3 junior engineers and System Integration Laboratory (SIL) for the integration, verification and validation of the electronic system before going to the production line. Saved 1/3 of production time through effective verification and validation.
