    Being part of the Product Management/Product Marketing Management team, I researched the market of the job-test world, in the US, UK, and Worldwide. My main goal was to increase the company's profit, optimizing current products and leading the development of new products.The products are usually online preparation packs of practice tests and study guides that are meant to help candidates cope with their pre-employment psychometric tests.Led the creation of products from customer demand or focused research, to writing and editing landing pages and smoothing the purchase funnel.I also wrote scripts for 5-10 minutes instructional and marketing videos, also appearing in front of the camera and managing the company's YouTube account.One of the biggest projects I was in charge of were the FAA's Air Traffic Skills Assessment, a screening test for future air traffic controllers.
