    As the Project Officer my roles and responsibilities include:Identifying research areas operationalizing the process and finding the grants and resources to undertake Resource Centre Activities. To provide trainings to various stakeholders and other groups interested in taking up the cause of child protection. Establishment of a platform for continuous research and impact analysis of programs being implemented by various agencies in relation to the child rights, and development. Undertaking research studies beginning from conceptualizing, data collection, and analysis. In this capacity I have undertaken the following :Needs Assessment of Integrated Child Protection Scheme (ICPS) in Lucknow and Chandauli supported by Railway Children India. Designing of 3 days Training Manual of ICPS for PLAN India. Baseline , end line and midterm evaluation of various programme of Ehsaas Training on Child rights to staff and stakeholders at organizational level; Conducted Training for Vatsalaya Village Child Protection Committee for Mall Block .Training on RTE &RTI for organizational staff . Filing RTI’s for information and advocacy on issues of RTE, ICPS or issues concerning children. Attended seminar and workshop on issues of RTI, Health, Child Rights, Child Protection, RTE. Documentation officer for UNICEF project. Writing reports, surveys, working with children on education part time
