- Created a python data analytics program with a Tkinter based GUI to quickly find problem spots in the serial data coming from one of our electromechanical systems.- Created a python program to control the hardware of our projects electromechanical systems- Abstracted out the lower level syntax of the communications with the stepper driver and controlled three drivers simultaneously. Used OpenCV to capture images of the product that would be processed for quality control. Designed and wired the circuit that controlled our electromechanical system consisting of three stepper motors. Designed a test fixture to integrate with a Mark10 machine to deliver fluid from a syringe at a set rate.Designed a hopper to integrate into an electromechanical system that would hold the initial product and dispense a unit of the product at a set rate as part of the manufacturing process.
