    Achievements:• Developed and implemented a new standard process for litigation claims when dealing with third-party recovery agencies that have independently assessed vehicles. The new process involvedobtaining two alternative quotes from our preferred repairer network utilising the images providedfrom the recovery agency. This change compiled together with our assessor’s report provided ourlawyers with much better ammunition to challenge the exaggerated recovery costs in court, in turnsaving Allianz thousands of dollars per claim on average.• Created a semi-automated process via the Estimage assessing programme by taking advantage ofthe ability to allocate regional assessments into a specific queue.
