On the first full day in the country, I launched the business, recruited 3 young people, paid them and made a profit on the first day.One of my businesses was started with zero capital and no local contacts. In 3 days I made 2 times the Zambia national minimum wage.

I ran the franchise for 14 years, focusing on finances, sales and successful investment. • I was the leading investment sales person and inheritance tax planner in South West UK, for Zurich. • A significant proportion of my clients were Medical Doctors.• I lectured to Doctors and Financial Advisers in the unusual pension scheme enjoyed by many Doctors.

    My career started with Pauls Animal Feeds. I researched changes to feed formulas that increased the productivity of the feed mill by 30%!I was then transferred to a new feed mill to assist with commissioning the most modern feed mill in Western Europe. Whilst working there I improved the scheduling by introducing a new system and persuaded the management that productivity could be increased by introducing a night loader.
