    In 2007 I joined Ex-Mil Recruitment Ltd as Administration and Office Manager.I understand the pressures and problems ex military personnel face upon leaving the military having been in this position myself as an Army Wife.The Company Ethos is simple and honest “By Ex-Military for Ex-Military, what more needs to be said?”We are a Consultancy based Recruitment Firm specialised in the placement of ex military personnel from Junior Ranks through to Senior Officers from all three Services.We have a network of offices throughout the UK with Head Office based in the Thames Valley and sub-offices in the South West and Wales with further expansion planned in the near future.Ex-Mil Recruitment is committed to finding roles for ex military personnel and has donated over £4500 to military charities in the last 24 months (See Charity Page on Website).We are also delighted to announce that we are Official Sponsors for the Forces Support Exiles, who are the Official Rugby Squad for the Forces Support Charity, www.forcessupport.org.uk who support fallen British Soldiers and their families in the future.
