After working in Hong Kong for a total of four years, the Bank created a position in SF for me and transferred me from Hong Kong to SF. I worked as VP, HR supporting North Asia from SF for about two years. I then requested a transfer and worked as VP, HR supporting the International Trade Banking organization based in SF for about two years, before I had the opportunity to go through an in-house training program to help transition me to a business position with the International Private Banking.
