    Managed a portfolio of high-profile accounts to achieve long-term success. I work on generating new business along with new sales using existing and potential customer networks. In cooperation with R&D, purchasing, and finance, I prepared and presented customers quotations for developmental work and new product forms. I worked with management, our legal counsel, and financein the preparation and negotiation of development agreements and supply agreements.     Managed inventory levels for more than forty accounts including creating work orders to label products, ordering labels and I controlled the production schedule to make sure our production team had everything they needed by the scheduled production date. Worked directly with each customer and other internal departments to ensure the manufactured product, labels, packaging, production, and shipping are handled with the utmost care to ensure my customers are happy with their end product. Conflicts that arose were quickly discussed and resolved. I reported on the status of accounts and reported the status of manufacturing and fulfillment to the customer as changes arose. Another role was as a Graphic Designer, I created and updated customer’s product packaging along with marketing collateral. Among these responsibilities, when some customer brands are just starting out, I would work with them to start conceptualizing the brand. Together we molded and branded their product labels, marketing inserts, and packaging into what they were looking for. I created designs for supplement, CBD, and cosmetic brands. This includes their labels, product boxes, marketing inserts, and other collateral material when needed. Another role was Sales and Business Development, bringing new products into our lineup and selling our private label products. The Fulfillment division of Ion Labs sold health supplements, pet supplements, skincare, and hemp extract with CBD supplements. I worked with customers on pricing, labeling, and shipping. From start to finish, I help you every step of the way.

    I processed all of our pick/pack orders for our packers every morning. I worked within our CRM (threePL) and used ADSI to process each customer's orders.
