Managed team of 3 Information Analysis: I was responsible for all areas of patient activity reporting, including the production of reports to meet the needs of internal management, Commission Health Authority and the NHSE. Responsible for ensuring that the Trust’s data meets purchaser standards and that all returns were completed accurately and within the agreed deadlines. To meet these every growing needs, I introduced systems to improve data quality and timeliness of data collection within the Trust. Information Systems: I led the development and implementation of a new PAS system and smaller bespoke patient activity systems within the Trust to meet the ever growing information demands. I had responsibility for the day to day maintenance of these systems. I implemented changes to the handling of information within the Trust to meet changes in statutory requirements, in particular Caldicott. Project Management: I project managed the roll-out of E-mail across the Trust resulting in 200 users across 12 sites. This exercise involved liaising with an external company who supplied the technical expertise and our internal technical team to ensure the project came in on time.
