I was an associate attorney at this insurance defense law firm, where I focused my practice on employment and civil rights litigation and also worked on some car and truck crash cases. I learned a lot at this firm under the helpful guidance of Lisa Pullen, who gave me the opportunity to second chair a civil rights case. Ultimately I decided I wanted to represent plaintiffs so I left to start my own firm.

I was an associate at this boutique litigation firm where I represented individuals and corporations involved in a variety of civil litigation cases. My practice focused on commercial litigation, employment law and construction law. This is the firm where I realized how much I loved doing plaintiff's work thanks to Christopher Saucedo allowing me to take and work on some of those cases after I'd only ever done defense work in the past.

I was an associate at this Albuquerque branch of the multi-state Brownstein law firm, where I primarily practiced complex commercial litigation, real estate development disputes, and employment law litigation. I was in a small litigation group so I was lucky enough to be able to work closely on very exciting litigation with the esteemed lawyers Eric Burris and Adam Lyons, who taught me to handle some large cases on my own and to whom I will always be grateful.

I clerked at Miller during law school and then worked as an associate here for approximately two years following graduation. I defended insurance companies and a large utility company in various areas of litigation, including business torts, personal injury, workers' compensation, automobile accidents and medical malpractice. I also handled real estate and corporate transactions, and condemnation and easement disputes. I'm so grateful to this firm for giving me my start in the law and introducing me to such a variety of practice areas. Marte Lightstone sponsored me on that glorious day that I was sworn into the New Mexico State Bar and served as an excellent example of women making waves in the law, and Ranne Miller provided a lot of guidance, support and free breakfasts to my incoming class of associates!
