Responsible for the Engineering, Procurement, Installation, Testing and commissioning of Jet Fuel Hydrant system includes installation of Leak Detection System. Client- Department of Civil Aviation- DCA-Dubai.Recently Completed a Project for Directorate of Military works, (DMW-UAE & ADNOC- (Design, Construction, Testing & Commissioning of Fuel Farm, Loading, Un-loading facility, Bulk Storage Tanks, Fire water Tanks, Pump Houses,& Fire water system for JP-8 Storage Facilities) at Al Safran, Al Dhafra and Al Hamra Military Air Base. Reporting to Portfolio Manager & Operation Manager Preparing Base Line Schedules in Coordination with Site Managers. Negotiate with suppliers and contractors- on price and delivery time. Reviewing Tender Documents, Scrutinizing Specifications. Discuss with subcontractors & reviewing subcontractors submittals Execution of the Project (All Mechanical & related Civil Activities) Prefabrication & Erection of aviation/ various hydrocarbon fuel lines – Jet A-1/ JP - 8, Refinery Piping, Chilled water pipe lines etc... Involved in the fabrication, in house testing and field Installation of Equipment (Filters, Degasifiers, Lime stone filters). Field installation of Equipment such as Pumps, Compressors Etc.. Preparing detailed WBS for area wise activities along with Man/Machine Requirement Forecast. Scheduling the activities & Conducting coordination meetings with clients/consultants/contractors etc. Updating schedules & preparing the Progress reports. Attending weekly meetings & submitting reports (weekly, monthly)
