    As the Project Coordinator responsible for three (3) blood donor programmes, lead all aspects and activities under the Swiss Red Cross funded blood donor recruitment and first aid project implemented by South Sudan Red Cross. Lead in the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of interventions to address blood shortage in the country by innovating blood donor recruitment programme which support the National Blood Transfusion Services of the Ministry of Health, South Sudan meet its obligation to provide hospitals with safe and adequate blood. Lead project team and volunteers to deliver results aligned to the project work plan, targets and objectives. Proactively play a vital role in maintaining constructive relationships with the Ministry of Health and the National Blood Transfusion Services and line ministries, key stakeholders, both at state and national levels and partners supporting the National Blood Programmes in order to achieve project impact. Track project activities against planned results, documenting developmental impacts and recommending solutions to any implementation issues in an efficient and professional manner, which includes reviewing quarterly and annual project and financial reports to ensure adherence to budgetary requirements by South Sudan Red Cross (SSRC) and Swiss Red Cross donor reporting requirements; Lead in proposal conceptualisation (problem statement, logframes) and proposal development within the framework of the country, donor and SSRC strategy.
