Receive, review and verify accuracy of all subcontractors billing and submit them to Corporatefor payment.Receive warranty complaints, evaluate immediately to determine a response status, generate awork order to the appropriate sub-contractor and follow up with the homeowner to verify that thework is completed to their satisfaction.
