The Institute for International Research (listed below) was the parent company of CEM. During my time here I worked with attorneys to develop and deploy employment law publications. The process kicked off by managing editorial meetings, copy editing, overseeing press production and into the hands of conference producers and managers.

I had to great opportunity to be selected as a member of the start up management team. My role was vastly diverse including the role as Operations Manager. This included recruitment, management of seed and financial backing, and the day to day operations. I also focused on supporting the development and deployment of training - specifically programs that retained military personnel coming back into the civilian workforce.
