I started TDR Properties after I started my own Promotional Products supplier company, Distinctive Brands Limited dba PictureFrames.Net in 1996. I purchased a 25,000 sf building to house my company along with some commercial tenants in Warren, RI in 2000. I have since sold Distinctive Brands but kept the building. I have since built an additional 10,000 building on the same lot. We now have 2 buildings that total 35,000sf with 12 tenants.

I handle several roles as the Property Manager for the Manufacturing Innovation Center. I am responsible for finding and retaining commercial tenants for our portfolio of 3 large commercial buildings which account for over 300,000 sf of space. I handle everything to do with our buildings from tenant leases, retention, construction, plumbing and electrical vendors, rehabilitation of spaces, and the day to day operations. I am also responsible for managing our property management company: Rockland Property Management and the property side of our fitness center: 426 Fitness
