    ● Worked on a mobile application that helps users to monitor and take care of their plants.● Having an unsatisfactory number of user pain points and  necessary information about potential users from the customer, I initiated research of the main problems and their solutions.● I ran surveys and conducted in-depth interviews, which eventually helped to create a more convenient and attractive application.● I developed comparative analysis, personas and created CJM for the most visual understanding of user problems that I needed to solve, and worked on user flows as well.● In collaboration with the customer and the development team, we developed a very cool prototype, did basic user testing and then I worked on UI designs and maintained the UI kit.● In the near future, it is planned to track the main metrics such as Engagement, Growth and Monetization.

Converged those insights into a CJM, engaging users at an early stage and subsequent site, developing user flow. ● Developed the adaptive version of the site.
