    The FMG Iron bridge project as been my focus for the last 18 Months. A total of 21 Module vessels, and over 25 M&E vessels.All of which were discharged in Port Hedland, Staged and then transported 130 KM to the Iron bridge Staging yards, where they were then delivered into construction as required, and all. done on schedule, and incident free. 86-night convoys and over 240-day convoys all of which completed without damage or incident. and just as we started the discharges and transport, we were required to set up and make operational a totally new port facility.Like all projects it had its moments, challenges and many changes to the contract, but working together with the FMG logistics team we made it happen.
