I have expertise across a broad range of Human Resource/Business Management disciplines encompassing turning strategy into action , organisation structure and job design , reward strategy and remuneration Management, Executive compensation and incentive design , performance management and all metrics associated with this ,policy development, employment relations and employee engagement , and the integration of reward/role and career management frameworks. In addition to this I have deep expertise in the use and application of the Hay method of Job evaluation in all its different fields from pay equity, role clarity , remuneration management and measuring the content and contribution of roles to an organisation. I have worked extensively in New Zealand , India , Asia and the Pacific in a wide range of Public and Private sector organisations when employed by the Hay Group and subsequently Korn Ferry.During my career I have led an HR function , have had budget and revenue accountability for a consulting team, been a global expertise leader and worked successfully in many different cultures.
