Where I was responsible for Infrastructure Development Division is responsible for all Major Construction Projects, Engineering Services, Procurement and Support Services, this division had a workforce of 260 employees. I had 2 direct reports, 1 based in Victoria and 1 based in Western Australia, and provided financial oversight of both CAPEX and OPEX transmission project, including management of commitments and cash flows for each project. Also was the APA process owner of the Oracle Project Accounting System. Key Achievements•Integration of EPIC business into APA Oracle Project System, the training of the SWQP project team into APA's Oracle process.•Project Owner of new 3 level WBS for APA projects, new tasks structure implemented with minimal issues•Development of new SIB reporting process to capture budget and forecast in Oracle ERP system. •Oversight of capitalisation of the $290M Moondarra Gas Storage facility.
