    The purpose of the Project Manager – Access Tracks position is to establish and implement a project plan to capture validated access track information used for maintenance access to Transpower assets on landowners’ properties.This role works closely with the Geospatial and Landowner Relations team to ensure information captured can be mapped into Transpower’s geospatial systems, and appropriate validation of data is undertaken prior to loading into the geospatial and stakeholder management systems. It works closely with the Lines Maintenance team and service providers to operationalise the capture of access track data in the field, to ensure information collected is validated by landowners, and that any issues resulting from the collection and validation of field data are recorded and channelled to the appropriate Transpower or service provider personnel for action.To effectively deliver the access track project safely to time, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction on behalf of Transpower. Another key responsibility for this role is to supply technical support for the newly implemented Stakeholder Management System.

    The purpose of the Landowner Relations Advisor position is to establish and maintain mutually beneficial long term relationships with landowners affected by Transpowers operations. This position promotes effective stakeholder (inclusive of iwi), and landowner relationships and ensure the needs and views of stakeholders are incorporated into Transpowers work.The position involves a proactive role in identifying landowner issues, putting in place processes and procedures to address these issues at an early stage and ensure that there is consistency both internally and externally in the manner in which issues are addressed. Key accountabilities include:• Providing advice & support to Maintenance Managers and Lines Maintenance Contractor service provider landowner liaison team members, to ensure that entry onto land and any inspections or work on land is properly communicated to the landowner or stakeholder ensuring Transpower’s reputation is upheld and that changing developments are highlighted and addressed. • Proactively building and maintaining positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and landowners that achieve the most appropriate and desirable outcomes for Transpower and the external stakeholders and landowners.• Developing ongoing relationship with iwi to facilitate communication and co-operation. • Providing input to development of Mmemorandums of Uunderstanding with key stakeholders.• Working collaboratively to ensure alignment of the team’s functions with all operations of the business including the Landowner Relations Strategy, and communicate effectively with landowners and keep them informed of activities and issues.• Promotion, training, auditing & advocacy and effective management of issues and complaints to ensure compliance with Electricity & Gas Complaints Commission requirements.• Part of the development team for a new company wide Stakeholder Management database using Microsoft CRM
