      At Chirton I programmed and set another Mazak VTC800 and a variety of XYZ machining centres. The VTC was programmed using Mazatrol with the occasions iso program and the XYZ’s used Siemens Sinumeric control. The majority of the work carried out was for the oil and gas sector.

      At express engineering I program and set some of the large machining centres, the two machines I mainly run are a doosan HM1250 horizontal machining centre and a Mazak VTC800/30SR 5 axis vertical machine centre. The work carried out on these machine was predominantly oil and gas but recently it's been defence and aerospace work due to the down turn in the oil sector. All of the programing I've done is in iso and this includes the mazak. I also have experience programming and setting Hass machining centres and brief experience setting and running a DMG 80p with Heidenhain control.
