    I'm a People Director working for People Puzzles, a portfolio HR Director business. Our purpose is to help business owners achieve their goals by developing people strategies to help them transform and grow. We work with over 100 SME’s on a recurring basis, usually weekly, providing them with strategic and commercial People Directors. Since 2004 I have operated as an Interim HR Director and HR Consultant providing a whole range of consultancy services to clients including Executive Coaching, Leadership and Management Development Programmes plus numerous Strategic Change projects. I have also provided specific outsourced HR support to SMEs across many sectors which has included defining Business Strategy, developing leadership talent and cultural development. I have also provided support in structuring businesses to succeed as well as setting up the people processes to drive business performance.
