Establishing relationships with potential accounts, which ultimately transformed into revenue-producing business partnerships. Through face-to-face meetings with clients, I proactively identified their pain points and effectively communicated the unique value of our services, differentiating our brand from the numerous competitors in our market area. Additionally, I collaborated closely with the senior leadership team to develop and finalize contracts, securing these valuable business partnerships. By diligently working towards our goal of acquiring at least one new account per month, we achieved consistent success and growth. Alongside these responsibilities, I efficiently photographed various events such as sport portraits, team pictures, graduation ceremonies, and yearbook photographs at multiple schools across Wisconsin. Through my efforts, I ensured the production of high-quality, sellable images for our retail website, further contributing to the success of our business.

In my role, I successfully contributed to the growth of territory revenue from $1.4 million to $4.5 million annually through various initiatives. This involved distributing leads, establishing partnerships, and effectively managing projects within the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Additionally, I played a crucial role in reinforcing brand value by educating and training dealer partners on new and existing products. I utilized presentations, written communication, and cellular communication to effectively convey the value proposition. To ensure smooth operations, I collaborated cross-functionally with customer service, credit, and engineering departments, resolving problems, and tackling projects together. In my pursuit of professional development, I actively attended training seminars to stay updated and enhance my skills in the field.

I successfully strategized and executed impactful social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram. These campaigns significantly improved the effectiveness of our sales funnel, leading to increased foot traffic and a substantial rise in new product purchases. Notably, on YouTube, I successfully grew views from only 17 to an impressive 313,895 and subscriptions from 18 to 493, highlighting the success of our video marketing efforts. Additionally, I played a key role in enhancing the e-commerce experience for each vehicle at the dealership, resulting in an enriched perceived value and representation of our products. Furthermore, I took charge of leading the sales staff, even without formal authority, to create promotional videos, employee portraits, and custom-made flyers, further enhancing our marketing efforts and increasing customer engagement.

Purchasing Assistant/Buyer
-
Jan 2014 - Apr 2016
As an assistant growing my knowledge was part of my daily operation though I was not only responsible for purchasing commodity offset printing paper as well as consumable items, I was also part of the inventory management team. Keeping tabs on all assets for reporting to the accounting dept. My responsibilities on the inventory management front were to accurately interpret usage reports to determine remaining stock on hand. For over 2 years I was working on end of month procedures and I even lead the end of year preparations for bank audits. I also was keeping tabs on all company owned assets at outsourced production locations was my responsibility and mine alone. Collaborating with numerous production companies to maintain accurate and timely information for use in tandem with our onsite end of month inventory. Making use of my charisma to establish rapport then retaining that through consistent communications via phone and email to maintain the offsite inventory(s).We used mainly Microsoft NAV dynamics inventory management software which I became quite savvy with, because I enjoy the challenge of new software. Parellel to the NAV inventory, we ran a spread sheet inventory in Microsoft Excel, which was not my main responsibility, though I can handle myself well in all Microsoft Office software. Overall my time at Freedom Graphics helped to develop my professional demeanor, encouraged me to ask more questions, and ultimately made me a better worker in any office environment.

Composition and layout Department
-
Jun 2012 - Jan 2014
In this position I worked in basically a photographic print lab as an apprentice. We did not print your traditional photographs, instead we printed information onto lithographic printing plates which were then used to produce direct mail on printing presses. Accuracy was of the utmost importance in this position mainly because the plates are an essential piece of the printing production puzzle. Without them, production seises and money is lost. My duties included layout in Preps software per job ticket instructions, loading layouts into Rampage software, exposing and developing appropriate print plates for the press, and delivery to storage locations near the press(s)Shortly after my time in this department started I was approached by my former boss Dale Bennish, he asked me to join his department in the front office. I accepted and this began my voyage into purchasing/buying for Freedom Graphics LLC.

At Best Buy, I was on the sales floor, working to establish rapport, trust, and a fun environment for the customer. Product knowledge was my best trust building tool. By being informed and able to answer customer questions it shows that I have the knowledge and adds clout to not only my reputation but also that of Best Buys reputation. The sales floor has always been a place of comfort for me, I shine when challenged with new situations. Working at Best Buy was just the place to shine for me. Every customer having similar and quite different questions and problems needing to be answered and solved. This aspect keeps you on your feet and keeps the knowledge pouring in.

Creating a fun and memorable shopping environment for all customers, helping to reinforce values and establish rapport. We consistently met and exceeded sales goals. Working on the sales floor and in the store room to maintain a consistent inventory arrangement that was easy to identify. Doing so helped us serve the customer more quickly and accurately. In sync with the product on hand we used the web based sales tools to sell products not available in store at the time. Doing so helped to achieve our sales goals parallel to keeping our customers happy with product availability.

My work with the Royal Purple trained me for more than just photojournalism, i learned team building, leadership, how to give and take criticisms about writing and photography. I worked hard at my job. I was responsible for getting nearly every image for the newspaper. I had a team of volunteers that helped me attain the images. i was their leader, and second me was my photo assistant. We shot everything we could, sporting events, alumni get togethers, meetings, features, still lives, what ever and where ever we needed to be we were. So by leading up the photography department of the paper i had the opportunity to attend many events, shoot in many lighting situations, and interact with a diverse student population. With out this job i wouldn't be what I am today; a confident, moment seizing, determined photographer.
