  In my entry level role at Houston Radar LLC, I packaged and shipped finished products to consumers with detail by performing incoming and outgoing shipping activities at the facility. I was responsible for ensuring accuracy, order completeness, and quality control of goods. I provided engineering support to technicians in Quality Control (QC) to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems. - Created innovative new test equipment to accommodate new product lines by implementing fixtures for test boards. - Led and executed troubleshooting and repair on documented malfunctioning units, reporting, and escalating as needed. - Utilized PCAD to create new Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) and developed new PCBs to meet customer requirements. - Scheduled and prepared customer shipments with assembly technicians to deliver within the established deadlines. - Responsible for purchasing materials for manufacturing and planned product and component release for growth.
