Leave management, rosters, staff training and performance reviews.- Maintaining a close working relationship with the Defence landlord (Estate and Infrastructure Group), Base Manager and Senior Australian Defence Force Officer, as well as a number of Air Force and Army resident units and civilian aviation contractors (tenants) on base.- Complaints resolution.- Attendance at Base Management Committee meetings, Project Construction Kick-off and Handover meetings to de-conflict regular maintenance with project work and base operations.
