I designed, implemented and managed Ireland’s umbrella “yes” campaign for the second referendum on the Lisbon Treaty. This meant building, from scratch, the largest outdoor advertising, postering and on-the-ground campaign during the referendum period. I reported to a management board led by Pat Cox, Brendan Halligan and Brigid Laffan.
