I was able to master this task within a short period and open many accounts.• Record keeping and data capture- Recording ordered and issued ATM cards and capturing customer details during issuing of ATMs, opening accounts and obtaining customer feedback. I gained competency in this task and doubled it with other tasks.• Issuing account statements and balances- It took some guidance and correction to master this task but in a short while I was competent.• Issuing ATM cards confidentiality and PIN numbers-This was a task coupled with need for high confidentiality and care. ATM cards and PIN numbers are sensitive documents. I was effective in this task and met all expectation.• Gathering and uploading customer feedback- This involved uploading questionnaire filled by customers to the bank’s customer feedback system.• Receiving customers at the help desk- Welcoming customers and guiding them or resolving their queries. Sometimes it also involved gathering feedback or receiving complaints.• Raising vouchers- Involved forwarding cash vouchers to the in charge cash department for credit or debit instructions.• ATM Reconciliation- Going through the ATM receipts to check for cash differences.• Processing Account Opening documents-Included scanning account opening forms and creating power point slide presentations with customer profiles.• Over the Counter Transactions-This included transactions such as deposit and withdrawals as well as foreign exchange transactions.
