    Served as both Lead Counselor and Counselor during this time. Led Counseling Department and the character development curriculum, mentor recruitment program, and hiring process for new employees. Supervised 4 counselors, and one mentor coordinator.Oversaw mentor recruitment and selection program (approximately 250 mentors annually). Planned and coordinated six on-site large group mentor events every year which included facilitating training. Maintained student, mentor, and employee files, reports, and leveraged our software applicant tracking systems.Served as liaison and developed partnerships with universities, military recruiters, and national programs.
