Currently exploring a newfound niche as a Mortgage Broking Client Services Officer for Bartons—an Australian boutique Chartered Accounting and Wealth Advisory business that provides a fully integrated service across Business Advisory, Tax, Wealth Management, Risk Protection and Lending.As part of the Lending division, I support a dedicated team of two lending advisors by offloading administrative tasks, hence adding to operational efficiency and enabling brokers to focus on strategic client engagements. Started as a contractor customer care representative for Alight Solutions—a cloud-based digital business solutions that service some Fortune 500 companies in the US, particularly within the areas of wealth, health and human resources. Role is comprised of receiving inbound calls and working on cases to assist customers in all issues surrounding their company benefits. Client portfolio includes top US companies such as American Airlines, Boeing, Accenture, AECOM, and Ricoh.After a year in the frontlines, I stepped up as a Learning Specialist Resource, responsible for training new recruits in product knowledge whilst undertaking administrative tasks. Trainings facilitated include classes ranging from 25-35 learners.This became a leverage to further evolve on the Operations side, taking on the role of Coach (Supervisory). This includes managing a whole dynamic team by providing coaching and mentoring, and devising KPI-driven individual root cause analyses and action plans to address performance. On the side, the role also encompasses administrative support such as managing timekeeping and attendance, implementing company policies, and other ad hoc tasks.Further to the role—regular touchbase, performance reporting, and business reviews are conducted with onshore clients as part of of our Client Relations Management. Over the course of my tenure, I had the privilege of overseeing operations for four distinct clients, each with unique provisions, including Alight's SmartChoice enterprise (Health Spending & Savings Accounts) and spearheading the pilot program for a newly-launched internal security assistance team.In addition to my professional endeavors, I've actively contributed to fostering a vibrant workplace culture as a member of the Engagement and Culture team. In this role, I collaborated on event brainstorming and organization, lending my creative insights as well to take on the responsibility of creating publication materials.
