Obtained unprecedented B Corp Certification for a plastic surgery center, the first and only in the world. Established the holistic practice model for the aesthetic surgical patient to enhance patient outcomes and experiences. Supported the development of MATFAS ( Modern Anesthesia Technique for Aesthetic Surgery) a modern approach to comfortable anesthesia the avoids the use of gas inhalation general anesthetics, specifically designed with the aesthetic patient in mind. Pioneered the use of DSUVIA for safe and short acting pain control in the aesthetic outpatient setting.
