Our initial event consultation is complimentary for the following event services:General Event Planning and Consulting:Birthdays, Celebrations, Bar & Bat Mitzvahs, Debuts, Galas, Anniversaries, Theme Events, Seated & Buffet Dinners, Fundraisers and Jazz Funerals.Wedding Planning and Consulting:Our team of experienced associates will recommend, schedule and attend meetings, negotiate vendor contracts and supervise the on-site installations as requested and needed for: Invitations, Lodging, Gift Bags & Favors, Transportation, Hair & Make Up, Ceremony & Reception Venues, Food & Beverage, Cakes, Photographers, Entertainment, Linen, Equipment and Décor & Flowers. We also consult with you and manage your "Day of Services"Holiday Décor:Commercial and residential décor installations for, but not limited to, Mardi Gras, Halloween and Christmas.Event Management:A Majestic Soirée will consult or collaborate with other experienced event planners and wedding coordinators, to design various events from small conferences to extravagant and breathtaking galas for thousands. A Majestic Soirée's fee structures are tailored to your needs and are budget friendly, whether our rate is hourly, by percentage of project or by "turn key" costing. We look forward to bringing more than 25 years of truly memorable experiences to your special event!
