Clayton County is part of the Metro District in Atlanta Georgia with a population 273,955 residents growing at 0.97% per year. In calendar year 2016, 3,871 reports of suspected maltreatment were investigated by Clayton County Division of Family and Children Services. As Senior Manager I provided training for over 300 new employees on work ethics, accountability and time management; performed career coaching, strategic planning and work shops on managing change; conducted and participated in community stakeholders meeting which resulted in joint projects with law enforcement, school systems and family court. A major milestone under my leadership was the 2016 State Child Family Service Review which resulted in Clayton County received 100% compliance in 12 of the 18 items audited. The accomplishment was recognized at a state wide leadership meeting.
