     Erection and commissioned of 20 tons fully automated shelling machine make ANCOVIET manufactured in Vietnam. Key areas focused are for all manufacturing, operations, support functions, legality and maintenance functionalities of the plant. Plan, organize and direct the manufacturing activities and maintenance operations in the phased manner according to the installed capacity of the plant. Planning includes materials, manpower, cost, facilities (represents internal & external), production, capital etc. Initiate plans and process which should minimize the costs of manufacturing through effective utilization of equipment's, materials, manpower, within available utilities of plants. Should attain the production plans as initiated and also ensure the quality of product gets delivered to our customers more than their expectations. Maintain the spending should be against the budget and interrelated to volume of production. Accountability for all raw materials, stocks, production, deliveries/shipments, transfers, problem solving in machines and amongst manpower and cost reduction, related departments. To understand and establish prevailing laws & standards of cashew processing plants such as environmental, factory labor code, factory maintenance such as fire fighting, smoke & water treatment, electricity etc, Monitoring and timely reporting of manufacturing data to the management and maintenance of records for the moveable assets and machines installed therein. Continual maintenance of housekeeping and cleanliness, which is very must as the plant is manufacturing food product. Maintain safety and security for the plant as well for the employees.
