Attend Council meetings to collect agenda items, circulate them beforehand, take minutes, coordinate reports, distribute meeting minutes, correspondence within specified timelines.• Coordinate logistical arrangements for Council and Committee meetings, scheduling, transportation, lodging, meals, and meeting room set-up for attending members.• Collaborate with Director and Assistant Directors to ensure timely implementation of action items resulting from meetings, including the drafting of recommendations as needed.• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries related to the Council and Committee, facilitating coordination between various parties.• Assist the Director in organizing up to 12 or more Accreditation Site Visits per year for clients in the US, Canada, and International.• Coordinate logistical arrangements for Site Visits, involving 54 volunteers serving on a 6-year term. Each visit consists of 8 members. Accurately maintain contact information, conflict of interest and preferences records.• Liaise with clients to provide itineraries and make necessary arrangements for transportation, lodging, meals, and meeting room set-up for volunteers during Site Visits.• Reconcile and process travel expense reports for members and volunteers.• Regularly update and maintain databases, policy manuals, web pages.• Handle vendor invoices, purchase orders, and check requisitions efficiently.
