The Fairfield Inn & Suites - Historic Savannah is the newest property in the portfolio of HOS Management, LLC. Located in Savannah's Historic District, the hotel opened its doors in January 2017 and features 140 guest rooms and suites and nearly 3,5000 square feet of meeting/event space. I have had the distinct pleasure of working on this project for the past year as we moved through construction, pre-sell and opening. Now that the project has come full circle I am pleased to announce that I have taken on the role of Director of Sales for the Fairfield Inn & Suites - Historic Savannah. My primary duties include:• Direct all sales efforts for the hotel including SMERF, Tour & Travel, Corporate and Government markets• Negotiate rates for new accounts and current contacts, ensuring growth in rate and occupancy• Participate in industry events including trade shows, sales blitzes and networking functions• Prospect for new business while maintaining established client relationships

As of June 2013 I have taken on an exciting new role with HOS Management as the Director of Sales for their two Savannah Area Hotels, the Hampton Inn & Suites - Savannah Gateway and the NEW Cotton Sail Hotel (opening February 2014). My initial focus will be to reorganize the sales efforts at the Hampton Inn & Suites - Savannah Gateway and my primary duties include:• Direct all sales efforts for the hotel including SMERF, Tour & Travel, Corporate and Government markets• Negotiate rates for new and current accounts, ensuring growth in rate and occupancy• Participate in industry events including trade shows, sales blitzes and networking functions• Prospect for new business while maintaining established client relationshipsThe Cotton Sail Hotel, Downtown Savannah’s newest boutique hotel, is scheduled to open in February 2014. Located on the west end of Factors Walk, the hotel is nestled inside of a historic cotton warehouse dating back to the early 1800’s yet features all new interior construction. Great efforts are being made to seamlessly mix the old and new; including restoring and reusing the 200 year old Heart of Pine wood floors throughout the hotel. Guest rooms will feature breathtaking views of the Historic District or River Street and the Savannah River, some with private balconies. The crowning jewel of the Cotton Sail will be the rooftop bar and meeting space! Stay tuned as the details unfold…As the Director of Sales it will be my responsibility to organize all pre-sell efforts for the Cotton Sail Hotel. As the Grand Opening nears, I will assist our management team in all marketing and advertising plans and arrange site inspections. After opening, I will be responsible for all sales effort including soliciting new group and corporate accounts.
