    Datanet is a mid-size telecommunications company that acts as a dealer/contractor of the biggest telco company (Turkcell) in Turkey.I got this job with an unexpected offer that is way too good to refuse. Although it may seem awkward to be assigned as General Manager after a Software Developer role, the owner of the company seemed to know something. I believe, the results in 7 years showed that he made a good decision.Data-driven management.Increased revenue 15x in 7 years. (3x in USD)Made new contract deals with Turkcell which made us expand our service area by 5x.Increased monthly active customer count from 30k to 150k.Increased employee count from 70 to 300.Maintain a happy working environment for all Employees.Identified and maximized sales opportunities, and increased customer retention rates.Built a BI tool myself to help myself and the other management staff to give data-driven decisions in a short time.Lead a transformation to a new CRM Software and also helped building it.This experience was nothing more than a thrilling ride.
