    To ensure completion of calibration / performance verification on time with accuratedocumentation. No out of calibration instruments / zero missed calibration. And dataentry in the SAP.- To perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and to ensure proper PM with fulldocumentation of records, to assess the calibration / validation requirements andcomplete the same. Zero missed PM for any instrument.- To ensure any break down troubleshoot the instruments and maintain proper record asper the applicable SOPs.- To perform qualification(IQ,OQ,PQ)with the wander for new instruments and requalifyitself of old instruments with proper documentation provided by the principle or madeinternally.- Preparation of the SOP,s as per the instruction manual and other references.- Arrangement staff training on the new instruments and software according to the SOPs.- To maintain (stock) inventory of the spare parts of all instrument related to the QC as perthe SAP procedure.- Handling ,maintenance, of HPLC,FTIR,NIR,GC,AA,UV-spectrometer, TOC analyzer,Particle size Analyzer, Practical count analyzer etc.- Purchasing of new Instrument on technical comparison analysis as per URS ofpharmaceuticals
