    I was involved in design, development and integration of operations in BG Saxo, a joint venture between Banca genrali (BG) and Saxo bank. All the processes for BG-Saxo were build from scratch, as the venture was newly formed. 1) I was responsible to design the risk collateral model for derivative trading in BG Saxo. This model is based on the tri-party pledge agreement and counterparty credit risk. This solution helped the parties to manage their risk by handling the collaterals. 2) Secondly, I designed the anti-money laundering process for BG Saxo, which streamlined the onboarding process for both new and existing clients. 3) Finally, I designed the appropriateness test for client trading complex securities.
