Change Implementation Lead
-
Sep 2020 - Dec 2023
ACCA is delivering an ambitious transformation to support the execution of its 2025 strategy. In this role I work cross functionally to support Executive Directors and senior leaders in the management, planning and governance of change initiatives, ensuring they are aligned to the strategy and deliver customer value. My responsibilities lead to the enhancement of operational and cultural capabilities, ensuring projects have measurable and quantifiable benefits. I was approached to join the Change team on secondment and having proven my capability in this space was offered a permanent role. As a result of my performance and demonstrating the value and perspective I bring, I am able to challenge and influence to ensure change activity is appropriately focused and delivered.Alongside my day-to-day responsibilities, I have also played an active role in ACCA's Wellbeing Community (through which I have become a Mental Health First Aider) and act as a leader of the Microsoft 365 Adoption Community.
