As part of the Automation team, I helped develop a lidar-based perception algorithm for DARPA prototype drones. Using the 3D lidar data, I helped implement the algorithm to provide a velocity controller with accurate and fast odometry data. This helped make the drone stable in most extreme situations, including low-light and dusty conditions in very cluttered environments.

Master Thesis at RSL (Robotics System Lab) at ETHZ

The master thesis is titled "Torso trajectory planning with obstacle avoidance". The goal of the project is to implement an optimization problem to dynamically avoid and steer around or under obstacles with ANYmal (see link below), while using fast dynamic gaits.

- In charge of the development and automation of the duckietown autolab of ETHZ. Developped automation software, in particular an intra city localization system of the Duckiebots inside the Autolab. This project was a cornerstone of the success of the AIDO 3 competition (see links below). - Teaching assistant for a control systems class (Bsc level), given by lecturer Dr Jacopo Tani. The class uses the Duckietown platform for hands-on control exercises. - Teaching assistant for the "AMOD : Autonomous Mobility On Demand" course, given by Dr Jacopo Tani and Dr Andrea Censi. It is a project oriented Master level course that uses the Duckietown platform to introduce and experiment with most aspects of autonomous driving. I was mentoring 3 groups of students, which all had project revolving around my work as a research assistant.

Soon it will provide autonomy to wheelchair users. - Helped in the development of the critical embedded system of the exoskeleton, on a real-time QNX architecture, in C/C++. - Developed, improved and corrected already existing code and helped in debugging during the clinical trials.

Stage militaire effectué dans le cadre de l'École polytechnique. Mission principale : développement d'une application iPad pour les pilotes de l'A400M. L'application permet le remplissage de documents (de type compte-rendus et ordres de missions) directement sur l'iPad et non en papier. Cela permet un gain de temps, d'efficacité et de traçabilité des documents. Mission secondaire : assister la cellule opération qui s'occupe de la planification et du déroulement des opérations. Participations à l'opération Barkane, en Afrique.
