    Financial Policy Department, Financial Market and Insurance division• Responsible for the Mongolian capital market policy planning and Mongolian international sovereign bond management.• Worked as a working group member of the successful issuance of Mongolian USD 1 billion 'CENTURY’ sovereign bond on international stock markets which won numerous prestigious international awards.• Worked as a working group member of the successful issuance of Mongolian USD 600 million ‘NOMAD’ sovereign bond on international stock markets which won ‘Sovereign borrower of the year’, ‘Best of the frontier markets deals’ prestigious award from Finance Asia publication. • Initiated an amendment of Securities Market law to create an investor protection scheme, promote increased transparency for small investors, introduction of corporate action and a legal environment for corporate bond market.• Worked as a working group member for the successful introduction of the new ‘BONDS.MN’ blockchain-based government bond trading app that promotes the participation of retail investors, increased security, and transparency using Fintech and blockchain applications. • Worked as a working group member for Mongolia joining as an ‘Observer’ at ‘ASEAN+3’s Asian Bond Market Initiative’ for creating comprehensive bond market guide of Mongolia that would both increase the exposure of Mongolia’s bond market into international market.• Project coordinator for the Ministry of Finance on ‘Capital market infrastructure development project’ in collaboration with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development on successful introduction of Delivery-versus-Payment system and T+2 trading settlement. • Project coordinator for the Ministry of Finance on Knowledge Sharing Program by the Korean Development Institute on implementing “Cross-border issuance and investment” for the introduction of depository receipts which will allow foreign investors to directly participate in Mongolian Stock Exchange.
