Work routines were diverse and partly consisted of ore estimations, grade controls, field mapping, managing of pit technicians and blend planning, as well as planning of RC-drilling and analysing of sample results. The tasks also included close contact with the processing plant regarding ore blend and optimisation of production for both the mine and plant. Office, Surpac and databases were used on a daily basis. In Surpac functions such as block modelling, data extraction, calculations and geostatistics were used. There was a very close working routine with other personnel within the technical department, as well as the production team. In pit driving with 4WD vehicle was done on a regular basis.
