·Evaluate and analyze high priority procurement for new provider enrollment vendors. Conduct research and technical oversight to improve health policies within the internal state program as mandated by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).. Coordinate project responsibilities and promote program integrity by monitoring Medicaid reimbursement programs and provider enrollments to satisfy state compliance requirements. ·Evaluate HIPAA and compliance regulations to forecast future business while maintaining regulatory standards for both internal and external stakeholders, thereby ensuring quality of participant care for the enrolled Medicaid providers. ·Utilize multiple databases (e PREP/MMIS/Access) for advanced data mining allowing the input of information into multiple databases used for maintaining the efficiency of provider records. This information is used to analyze the rendering of medical services in the State of Maryland. ·Possess strong ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data gathered regarding policy changes and provider compliance throughout the state. ·Assist in quality control analysis to ensure provider satisfaction and performance guarantees are met and /or exceeded. This includes daily systems and analytics testing used for the implementation of new phases for both e PREP and Health Track for Medicaid provider enrollment. ·Create SOP’s that are used to train new and current employees. Present project updates, cost-benefit analysis reports for contract bidding, RFP's and performance metrics reporting that are distributed throughout the Maryland Department of Health. ·Ongoing participation in the development of project and operating plans and phase implementations. This includes determining scope, methods and resource requirements correlating with release schedules for e Prep to go live. Participate in technical evaluations regarding full system implementations.
