My supervisor quickly realized he was not taking advantage of my skills nor innate abilities as a part time writer. As his role transformed from Marketing Director, overseeing a $1.2 million budget to COO, overseeing the day-to-day operations of a 175 person law firm, I served as his Chief of Staff, identifying and eliminating roadblocks to increased success.- Leveraged existing relationships to develop a comprehensive, data driven, referral network program- Transformed scholarship program that received fewer than 5 applicants to one with over 100.- Started a live, weekly radio show, broadcast from New York City all the way to the Catskills. XX listeners tuned in as I interviewed firm lawyers about topics that prompted active engagement on the air and translated to cases coming into the firm. My ability to put people at ease created an atmosphere where lawyers who were hesitant to be my guest ended the show asking when they could return.- Identified the need for communication templates, to improve efficiency, accuracy, and to allow for the opportunity to take advantage of the communications as including branding and messaging opportunities.- Actively involved in case management system transition from Trial Works to Smart Advocate.- Developed and executed awards program to achieve recognition for the firm and individual lawyers locally, statewide, and nationally. Secured media placement for awards, including ranking #2 of fastest growing law firm in New York State, on the nationally ranked Inc. 5000 fasted growing companies. - Designed and implemented new procurement program to save upwards of 20K+ annually on office supplies. After compiling and analyzing orders streamlined in excess of 2000 line items to fewer than 50, creating economies of scale and establishing an approval process for necessary outliers.
