i am responcable for all aspects of the daily opperation of the food service department from ordering foods and complying with all rules and guidlines for food safty to maninging staff and mainting our budget. i also work with local farms on a weekley basis to bring farm fresh foods to our organation.we feed approx. 800 children daily.we also do catering for any meeting or functions.
