In my current role I have Executive responsibility for all manufacturing, warehousing and distribution operations. Our facility employs over 200 people with production operations running 24 x 7. In addition to the operations oversight, I have have dotted line responsibility for finance, procurement, quality & R&D and am directly involved in relationship management for key accounts.

NATC provides contract packing for certain National Branded products and acts as a consolidator and distributor for private lable products for chain and independent grocers in Canada. We also export products under our company brand to retailers in the USA.

    I joined Art In Motion as Executive VP and CFO after 20 years with KPMG. I was a key member of the Senior Management team that took the company from $20 million in sales up to $94 million in 3 years. We then took the company public on the Toronto Stock Exchange through an Initial Public Offering (IPO) where we raised over $100 million for 75% of the company. In 2008 I was appointed CEO and worked with a major shareholder to complete a successful take-over bid. We later found a buyer for the company and successfully transitioned operations to the USA in early 2009.

    I joined KPMG (Edmonton) in 1981 in the Information Technology services area. I became a manager in 1984 and a Senior Manager in 1987. I worked with a wide variety of clients from oil field, construction, services, government and education sectors. Most of my projects were related to improving processes and implementing systems to support financial and operational activities.In 1995 I was elected to the Partnership and moved into the consulting practice. In 1998 I was asked to transfer to the Vancouver office where I led the National JD Edwards practice. I was also one of two partners responsibile for the BC clients in the Consumer and Industrial Markets. In 2001 I joined a client, Art In Motion, as Executive VP and CFO.
