    Alistair Mitchell is an outstanding and relatable Keynote Speaker, Facilitator, Trainer and Coach, and delivers keynote presentations and training sessions across Australia. He has been an ambassador and facilitator for the Charity Organisation LIVIN for over two years and attributes their message of It Ain't Weak To Speak as an integral part of him being alive today and being able deal with depression anxiety and manic Bipolar all completed un-medicated. Alistair's passion for spreading the LIVIN message through their LIVINWell educational program has seen him present their program across the country including remote areas in the Northern Territory.     I was approached by FreeSpirit to co-manage the daily operations of the resort (move to Darwin), to improve the financial viability of the business (which turnover was increased by 15% in my 15-month tenure). The property had approximately 80 staff and was in a remote location, which brought about a number of challenges. The property was the largest family holiday resort in Darwin, set over 28 acres with 150 rooms, over 300 caravan/camping sites, 3 swimming pools, licensed bar and bistro (that seated up to 200 guests), conference and event and function spaces, along with a myriad of guest facilities. In the peak season, the resort hosted approx. 1200 guests per night.
